Sunscreen is such an ideal part of any skin routine. I know a lot more folks who simply avoid it. Ask them the reason they will say white cast, and always wanted a nonoily, nongreasy, no white cast sunscreen.

Neutrogena Sunscreen :

This has been favorite for many. Neutrogena has been so affordable and easily available too. This does form a slight white cast. It does settle quickly and it works extremely well. The price lies in the affordable range and you got to try it.

LA SHIELD:

This one is raved so much by most of the folks. The formula is gel type. It sits very well on the skin.

Incase you are wondering what is SPF, PA ++ and all the sunscreen term continue reading.

UVA and UVB are two kinds of rays from the sun. UVA affects the internal layers of the skin and can cause skin cancer or high melanin production. UVB is more of something that causing TAN or sunburn.

SPF tells how far a particular sunscreen can protect you from UVB rays. For example SPF 30 can protect upto 94% of UVB rays. Similarly PA + or PA+++ tells how much that sunscreen can protect you from UVB rays.

Ideally, in countries like India, research tells SPF 30 – SPF 60 is more than enough. In case these confuse you a lot just look for the term ” Board sun protection “.
